What forms of cycling do you cover?

We offer coverage for all types of cycling….be it social, recreational or competitive. Road, Track, MTB’ing, BMX…we have options for all.

How much will it cost  to review my insurance options?

We offer a FREE Review Service. There is no charge to look at options for your own personal situation and should you proceed, there will be no hidden implementation or ongoing advice fees.

How much will the insurance cost?

The premium payable will be dependant on your own individual needs. As the cover we offer is not a one size fits all, it will depend on the types and levels of cover that you choose to implement. Should you have a budget in mind, we are happy to work around this.

If I need to make a claim will you assist with. this?

Our service is far reaching and extends beyond implementating your cover. We would encourage you to utilise us to manage your claim.

Who will my insurance be placed with?

The insurer that we recommend will be the one most suited to your personal circumstances.

Will I have to complete medicals or tests in order to get insurance cover?

In most cases the answer here is No. However it is dependant on the levels and types of insurance provided. Should tests be required we will certainly notify you prior to application. In the event that a medical is required, there is no cost to you and a nurse can come to your home or office to perform any tests that are required.

Will there be a lot of paperwork involved?

The short answer here is No. All applications are lodged electronically. We do not submit paper based applications.

How long will it take to get my insurance cover in place?

Depending on your medical history cover can go into force as soon as your application is lodged. Should your application be referred to an Underwriter for further investigation we will manage this process to ensure you have cover in place as soon as possible.
